Method
Who edits and under which rules
Framemark is an independent editorial desk that publishes notes on how secondary earnings and side income are framed in household survey instruments, administrative sources and related measurement guidance. It is not a personalized advice outlet and not a placement service.
How topics are chosen
The agenda prioritizes public documents with an explicit method: statistical agency supplements, papers that use survey or administrative data, and measurement guidelines from international organizations. Pieces that frame outcomes, that rest only on anecdote, or that cannot be verified against a named source are set aside.
A topic enters the desk when it supplies a measurable definition (what counts as secondary earnings, which unit is observed, which period is covered) and when that definition can be contrasted with at least one documented methodological limit.
How sources are cited
Notes name authors, institutions and, when available, the title of the report or article. Figures are attributed in the same paragraph where they appear. When sources disagree, the disagreement is recorded instead of selecting a single winning number.
Statistics are not invented. If a datum is absent from the cited source, it is not published. Paraphrase does not replace attribution.
What this desk does not do
- Does not offer personalized labor, tax, legal or financial advice.
- Does not publish testimonials, reviews or success narratives.
- Does not describe content as a protocol that produces income.
- Does not presuppose the personal, labor or economic situation of any reader.
- Does not operate as a crisis or emergency service.
How we advertise
When Framemark runs ads, creative copy does not claim or imply knowledge of the personal situation of anyone who sees the ad. Formulations that presuppose labor condition, income level, marital status, health or other individual circumstances are not used.
The landing page matches the ad: if the creative discusses measurement of secondary earnings or side income, the destination is a note or institutional page on that subject, not a different offer. Testimonials and outcome promises are not used in advertising.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected on the relevant page with a dated note when substantive. Requests: [email protected].
Commercial disclosure
If Framemark later sells a related product, that relationship will be disclosed on the relevant pages. Editorial notes remain distinguishable from any commercial offer.
